Also, what does IPS stand for? Instruction Per Second ?

that would indicate to me that IPS is clock/2.

What does IPS mean? What does it stand for. What does 666666 written on the output screen mean?

Instructions Per Second.
It is a standard term. If you do the same on a PIC18 it'll be clock/4.
