KBD.C and the keyboard pinout

Does anyone have the schematic diagram of the board used by the file KBD.C (CCS Software Prototyping Board) or, at least, the pinout used by the keyboard, which pins are used by each row and column and if is there any pin with an external pull-up resistor.
