please guys can someone provide me with a link to download the DHT22 Library to use it on a PIC16F877A microcontroller.

Some info to be found in the Code Library.
There is a "driver" for the DHT11 in the Examples.
BTW, the DHT11 and DHT22 are supposed to be interchangeable...

Also, if you had just tried Google, a search for "DHT22 CCS" found this:
