Debug without ICD

I am beginer to CCS PICC. Can I debug with CCS PICC without using ICD hardware? (Debug in Simulation mode)

Nope, CCS doesn't support software simulation.
However, you can use Microchip's MPLAB IDE for this purpose Cool
You can download it for free off the Microchip's website www.microchip.com
